Arrival Flight | August 6 - Guests can fly directly to Hamilton Island Airport (HTI) or meet the Embraer team at Sydney Airport (SYD) to travel aboard one of our aircraft.

Embraer Flights from Sydney: Two Embraer flights are planned from Sydney to Hamilton Island, departing at 9:00 and 14:00 (flight times to be confirmed closer to the event).

Direct Arrivals to Hamilton Island: If flying independently, please arrive no later than 15:00. Hotel check‑in is available from 13:00, and the program begins at 17:00.

Return Flight | August 9 - For guests returning with Embraer, two flights from Hamilton Island to Sydney are planned to depart at 9:00 and 13:45. Flight allocation will be based on the order in which requests are received.

Visa - If a visa is required to enter Australia, please plan accordingly to ensure timely processing.

What’s Included - Embraer will provide all meals, outdoor activities, and aerial transportation between Sydney and Hamilton Island aboard an Embraer aircraft, as outlined above. All other expenses are the responsibility of the invitees.

Traveler Information - In accordance with domestic flight regulations in Australia, we will require a copy of each traveler’s passport or driver’s license. All information will be treated with strict confidentiality.

Special Gift - Please refer to the sizing matrix below and indicate a hat size for you and your guest on the RSVP form.
